Deposits & payment

A 50 percent deposit is due within 48 hours of booking confirmation to secure your date. The final balance is due one week before the event. For events booked within two weeks, full payment is due at booking.

Accepted payment methods: Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, cash, check, or money order.

Cancellation

Cancel 7 or more days before the event to receive an 80 percent refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 6 days of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

A 10 percent rebooking fee applies to rescheduled events. The new date must take place within 3 months of the original date.

Allergies & dietary needs

Please share all food allergies and dietary restrictions before the event so every guest is taken care of.
